The novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic has been the most devastating public health crisis since Spanish flu of 1918-1920. COVID-19 impacted every human being and affected operational system throughout land. caused challenging times for businesses, financial markets, government agencies, academia, one area that is frequently overlooked impact its implications workplaces, working practices, operationalization Human Resource Management (HRM). As a result, purpose this literature review to identify best practices implemented sustainability (HR) functions survival institutions in age dynamic crisis.
