The novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic has been the most devastating public health crisis since Spanish flu of 1918-1920. COVID-19 impacted every human being and affected operational system throughout land. caused challenging times for businesses, financial markets, government agencies, academia, one area that is frequently overlooked impact its implications workplaces, working practices, operationalization Human Resource Management (HRM). As a result, purpose this literature review to identify best practices implemented sustainability (HR) functions survival institutions in age dynamic crisis. This significant approach better understanding disruptions by on Management, introducing how organizations have pandemic, then concluding with several HRM perspectives recommendations should prepare future. findings obtained focused four main pillars, (1) recruitment, retention, ‘great’ resignation, (2) employee well-being wellness, (3) remote work options, professionalism, (4) HR practitioners' leadership development, which continued be salient themes interwoven many articles. implication these suggests talent having experienced, operationalized, professional individuals as part one’s organization are paramount organization’s success. Upskilling imperative, all stakeholders must open inevitability change constant.
